The health history in the United States is mainly divided in two parts which are techniques healt history and physical examination is important to note that the type of management that will be given to the patient depends on trust, communication and empathy in doctor – patient relationship, a complete physical examination, will take place when the patient is not known is important because it will provide information about the patient's history throughout his life, it helps to establish a good doctor - patient relationship helps to identify current or future conditions, as well as education and health promotion that requires to be informed.
When there is an understanding of the patient will be an evaluation conducted in which are important to be treated in a medical emergency, it helps to determine new symptoms or relate it already had with any progress or improvement of their condition previous data and thus they are more specific studies for treatment, allowing to more specific questions about your symptoms.
In the United States two types of information to be provided by the patient are recognized, the subjective information which is one that says the patient, while factual information will be showing all the studies and making signs obtained by scanning.
